From the first contact with the manager Mark, from the Edgeworth branch I was made feel very comfortable. Emails kept me in the link to progress and expected delivery date. The day before delivery I received a phone call from their lovely receptionist checking all was still OK for delivery.
The truck driver rang on the day to further instruct us of the time he would arrive. He was very professional and displayed excellent driving skills navigating around trees. Nothing stressed him.
