6m 2-Room Accommodation Unit (Type C)
Step up to a proper two-room layout. This 6m Type C unit gives you a living/sleeping space with a sofa bed and wardrobe, a separate kitchenette with bench and sink, and a full shower, toilet and vanity. Four double-glazed windows keep it light and well-insulated, and there is external lighting plus a mini landing installed at the front door on site, so it is welcoming from the first step. Hot and cold water inlets and black/grey waste outlets are all built in.
The extra room makes it a real workhorse across the Hunter. It works beautifully as a two-room granny flat, a site office on a Maitland or Central Coast build, or comfortable onsite accommodation on a Hunter Valley property. If you do not need the second room, the smaller 4m unit is available — but most folks appreciate the breathing space this one gives.
The honest note: it comes wired but not connected, so a licensed electrician must check and connect everything to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000) before use. Air-conditioning and a hot-water system are not included — the plumbing inlets are ready, the hot-water unit is your choice.
Delivery is by tilt-tray, quoted separately to your postcode (transport moves with the fuel levy and diesel price). We deliver NSW-wide from Newcastle. Payment is in full before delivery — direct deposit preferred, card +1% surcharge. Quotes hold 7 days or until sold.

Can I use it as a site office?
Absolutely — the two-room layout and kitchenette make it a comfortable office or crew room on Hunter and Central Coast sites. Onsite accommodation that is lived in will usually need council sign-off, so check if that is your plan.
What access does the tilt-tray need?
Clear, reasonably level access to set the unit down. Send us a few details about your site when you enquire and we will confirm what works.
Is it for hire?
Sale only. For standard container hire, Hunter Containers can sort that separately — just ask.
